About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain vendor relationships and act as a liaison between business units and IT teams.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and link computer systems within the organization to increase compatibility and facilitate information sharing.
  • Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to inform decision-making on system implementation.
  • Confer with clients to understand their information processing and computation needs.
Requirements
  • Two years of experience in a business operations or IT role.
  • Ability to exercise minimal independent judgment with direction from a supervisor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in production of drawings and models.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of general IT experience.
  • Incident/Crisis Management experience.
  • ITSM experience.
