We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Tech to join our team at Prisma Health. As a Phlebotomy Tech, you will be responsible for collecting specimens from patients and ensuring their safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities- Collect blood and other specimens from patients in a safe and efficient manner
- Process and accession samples into our computer system for accurate testing and billing
- Obtain signed documents from patients as required
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in phlebotomy or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
