Position Summary:

The Senior Product Manager (Tech) serves as a dual-role leader, guiding multiple products within a platform while promoting iterative development and value creation. This role encompasses ownership of individual products as necessary.

The Lead Digital Product Manager is responsible for the overarching product portfolio strategy, ensuring that roadmaps are aligned and prioritizing work based on enterprise objectives. This position involves defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of one or more products in accordance with customer and corporate KPIs.

The role emphasizes performance measurement across the product portfolio and crafts a compelling narrative of collective achievements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitates collaboration in the development of complex products and their features, advocating for exceptional omni-channel experiences.
  • Utilizes an iterative test-and-learn methodology to gather user insights, inform design, and guide development.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert for product squads and zones.
  • Collaborates closely with business teams to represent user and organizational needs, serving as the product authority in presentations to internal stakeholders.
  • Leads discussions and fosters collaboration with leadership and internal stakeholders to establish product priorities.
  • Works in partnership with engineering, user experience, customer experience strategy, and design teams to ensure quality and consistency in experiences.
  • Identifies opportunities arising from emerging technologies.
  • Engages regularly with executive stakeholders.
  • Delivers presentations to executive leadership.
  • Guides multiple squads/zones towards a unified product vision, strategy, development, and execution, including product definition and roadmap initiatives.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position includes supervisory duties.

Education and Experience:
  • Preferred: 4-year Bachelor's Degree.
  • Preferred: 10 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Consideration may be given to an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Functional Skills:
  • Ability to thrive in a KPI-driven environment, making informed decisions to achieve targets.
  • Experience working with remote teams across various locations.
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer experiences across multiple channels.
  • Skilled in validating backlog concepts through customer-centric thinking, discovery, research, rapid iteration, and lean methodologies.
  • Competence in generating all necessary product, project, and platform documentation for product development and management.
  • Adept at defining and tracking product-specific analytics to measure success and other key metrics.
