Job Summary:

The Senior Photo Stylist is responsible for styling and composing products to be photographed for BPS catalogs, tabs, and website projects. This role also involves managing and directing the work of other stylists in the craft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Style and compose products for photography projects, ensuring a visually appealing presentation.
  • Manage a team of Photo Stylists, providing guidance and direction to ensure high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with Photographers to plan and coordinate photo shoots, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Attend meetings with Design and Merchandisers to discuss project requirements and aesthetic direction.
  • Determine the best presentation approach for each project, considering product features and brand identity.
  • Work closely with Photographers to achieve a cohesive and visually appealing presentation of merchandise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in the photography industry.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong sense of design and style.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with Merchandisers and Designers.
  • Good understanding of photography principles.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Basic construction and assembly skills.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
