Key Responsibilities

In this leadership role, you will oversee the daily operations of a unit or corridor, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. Your responsibilities will include scheduling, setting performance expectations, coaching staff, and creating a positive work environment. Additionally, you will provide direct patient care, manage medication administration, coordinate transportation, consult with healthcare providers, and act as a liaison for family members.

Qualifications Required

  • A nursing degree and a valid Ohio RN or LPN license are mandatory.
  • A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) is advantageous.
