Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Operations Specialist to join our team in this dynamic role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong ability to work collaboratively with others, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To oversee all aspects of laboratory gross room operations and personnel
  • To perform tissue grossing and ensure smooth high-quality day-to-day operations of the gross room
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who meets the following requirements:

  • Completion of NAACLS Accredited Pathologist Assistant Program
  • ASCP Certification or equivalent Pathologist assistant certification
  • 1+ years laboratory work experience
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including access to health, dental, and vision insurance, eligible PTO and holiday pay, company-paid life insurance and long-term disability, access to voluntary short-term disability insurance and additional life insurance, 401K with employer contribution, profit sharing, employee discounts, and more.
