Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Work Management Functional Analyst to join our team at Axelon Services Corporation. As a key member of our SAP Electric Ops Work Management Delivery organization, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, maintaining, and upgrading SAP Enterprise Resources Planning Plant Maintenance and Project Systems application modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and implement SAP S4 enterprise asset management and work management module to define standard processes.
  • Design and implement enterprise scheduling dispatch solution for preventive and corrective work types with integration to enterprise asset management within SAP ECC/ or S4 HANA system.
  • Analyze end-to-end complex business processes in scheduling, dispatch, and field mobility across business functional areas and implement integrated solutions.
  • Understand in detail the current and future business environment of the business organizations and effectively anticipate, identify, and fully meet the business needs using an integrated approach leveraging existing and new SAP S4 HANA capabilities.
  • Identify, propose, and influence IT solutions to complex cross-organizational business problems utilizing ERP capabilities and negotiate requirements and deliverables across multiple business and IT customers and organizations.
Requirements
  • Ability to analyze and design solutions independently even on the most complex projects in SAP work management and plant maintenance module.
  • Broad knowledge of industry best practices for ERP projects and knowledge of business processes for all corresponding business functional areas and ERP modules.
  • Maintains industry knowledge of ERP systems and understands future capabilities/roadmap of ERP system in work management and project system (PS) module.
What We Offer

This is a hybrid role, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the *** Service Territory. We offer a competitive salary range of $123,000.00 to $207,000.00, depending on location, and relocation assistance within 50 miles of Oakland.
