Compensation:
$70,000 - $95,000 annually

Position Details:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Maintenance Mechanic or Maintenance Supervisor role
- Proficiency in welding and fabrication
- Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide staff in diagnosing issues related to electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, ensuring effective maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
- Capable of troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems up to 480v, 3 phase, and interpreting electrical schematics
- Training and expertise in the utilization of PLCs
- Interpret blueprints and job orders for team members
- Accountable for identifying and addressing any potential food safety and quality concerns
