Patient Registration Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Medical Receptionist to join our Orthopedics and Pain Management clinic's front office team. As a key support staff member, your primary duties will include:
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Greeting patients, collecting necessary information, and assisting with paperwork.
- Managing appointment schedules, updating patient records, and maintaining accurate EMR entries.
- Providing clear and concise information to patients regarding their appointments, billing, and other matters.
- Coordinating with healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and timely notification of patient arrivals.
- Handling phone calls, routing them as needed, and responding to patient inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a receptionist capacity.
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
