Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality patient care in a SNF UNIT setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech-language pathology and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in a SNF UNIT setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on speech-language pathology techniques and strategies
Requirements
  • Active VA. SNF UNIT license
  • 2+ years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Ability to clear a drug screen/background check
