Job Title: Identity and Access Management Governance Lead

As a key member of our Global Information Security team, the Identity and Access Management Governance Lead will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Job Summary:

The Identity and Access Management Governance Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing effective identity and access management strategies to ensure the security and compliance of our systems and data. This includes designing and implementing access control policies, procedures, and technologies to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive information and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement identity and access management strategies to ensure the security and compliance of our systems and data.
  • Design and implement access control policies, procedures, and technologies to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive information and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that identity and access management policies and procedures are aligned with business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on identity and access management to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in identity and access management and recommend solutions to improve our security posture.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in identity and access management, with a focus on governance and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management technologies, including SailPoint, Savyint, ForgeRock, Ping, Okta, Varonis, and CyberArk.
  • Experience with configuring and deploying Single Sign On and MFA solutions, IGA solutions, and PAM Solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of authentication and authorization, including Authz and Authn, OIDC, SAML, XACML, LDAP, OAuth, and OpenID.
  • Experience working on various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, Solaris, and databases such as MS SQL, Oracle, and mySQL.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Experience deploying and managing AM solutions on cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, including Windows, Active Directory, LDAP, Unix/Linux, databases, authentication protocols, and containers.
