About the role: Customer Service Ambassador
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through one-to-one telephone contact with consumers and providers.
- Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing beneficiaries related to Client programs.
- Accurately respond to incoming calls received by the call center and document all interactions with consumers.
- Assist with password resets and provide calm conflict resolution and problem-solving for frustrated customers.
- Work in a structured environment, taking high-volume calls from consumers and navigating multiple applications and research solutions with ease.
- Love helping people and guiding them to the best solution for their issue.
- Are excited by innovative technology and can work collaboratively as part of the Global Channel Management team.
- Must be able to pass a 27-30 wpm typing test, customer service assessment, and successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Requirements:
- Must be able to navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease.
- Love helping people and guiding them to the best solution for their issue.
- Are excited by innovative technology.
- Provide calm conflict resolution and problem-solving for frustrated customers.
- Can work in a structured environment for the duration of your allotted, full-time schedule taking high-volume calls from consumers.
