Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Safety Program Manager to lead the development and administration of our safety program in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in construction safety and health, preferably in heavy civil projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting daily site inspections to identify and resolve safety risks
- Evaluating and procuring necessary safety equipment
- Conducting Job Hazard Analysis using company procedures and software

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent designation. You should also be proficient in Spanish and English, and able to travel within the DFW area. Additionally, you should have experience conducting safety training and evaluating subcontractor safety performance.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000, dental insurance, employee assistance program, and health insurance.
