As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in bringing intricate designs to life. You'll work with various types of plastics, each tailored to specific applications, ensuring precision and durability in every project.
Your Responsibilities:- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan fabrication procedures.
- Set up components for welding according to specifications and diagrams.
- Utilize jigs, clamps, calipers, rulers, and other tools to align components accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Process job paperwork and documentation efficiently.
- Operate forklifts to transport materials and finished products safely.
- Cut, assemble, tack, and weld plastic components with precision.
- Manage projects from blueprint to completion, demonstrating initiative and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds comfortably.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in reading measurements.
- Experience interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A dedicated work ethic with a positive attitude.
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with power tools and equipment.
