Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNA Supervisor to join our team at the Central Wisconsin Center. As a CNA Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our care and treatment programs, ensuring the highest level of care and service to our residents. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of CNA staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Conduct regular rounds to monitor the care and services provided to residents.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to CNA staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in care and services.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNA or in a related healthcare role.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of care and treatment principles and practices.
