Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage conditions that fall between general care and intensive care, ensuring the well-being of pediatric patients.
- Communicate effectively with children, their families, and the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive and compassionate care.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex medical conditions and promote stability and progression towards full health.

- Ability to utilize computers for documentation purposes.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Ability to read and comprehend English at a level necessary to follow written and oral instructions and safety precautions.
- Current RN License to practice in the State of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 6 months of hire.
- Associate's degree in Nursing, BSN preferred.
