Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure they are working efficiently and safely
  • Monitor workload and identify potential problems to manage them effectively
  • Ensure high-quality standards are maintained in all aspects of warehouse operations
  • Provide excellent customer service and work closely with the Parts Manager to resolve customer complaints
  • Ensure a safe working environment and enforce safety procedures and regulations
  • Demonstrate a commitment to TEC Equipment's culture and core values: Teamwork, Entrepreneurship, and Customer Focus

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a warehouse supervisor role, preferably in the parts department
  • 1+ years of experience in the truck or trailer industry
  • Basic computer skills to accurately enter data
  • Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to motivate and communicate effectively with others
  • Flexibility in schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to become forklift certified and operate a forklift
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and meet all other physical requirements of the job
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements
