Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. This position is responsible for overseeing inventory, staff, and logistics to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receives and records new inventory, inspecting and storing it according to company policy.
  • Conducts physical inventory counts, comparing results to computerized inventory and reconciling any discrepancies.
  • Replenishes stock and inventory as needed to maintain optimal levels.
  • Ensures accurate storage of all stock in the warehouse, adhering to company procedures.
  • Coordinates the transfer of inventory to trucks for timely delivery, following established schedules.
  • Schedules materials for transfer to and from the warehouse, coordinating with other departments as needed.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to enhance warehouse efficiency.
  • Monitors expenditures and implements corrective actions as necessary.
  • Enforces operating instructions and safety policies, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Resolves routine equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
