Compensation: $13.50 per hour with options for immediate pay.
Role Overview: As a Support Care Specialist, you will engage in meaningful work that helps individuals thrive. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building genuine relationships with those you support.
- Encouraging community involvement and participation in preferred activities.
- Assisting individuals in achieving personal development goals, such as budgeting, hygiene, fitness, and nutrition.
- Providing care for individuals with diverse needs, including autism and related conditions.
- Supporting personal hygiene and addressing behavioral challenges as necessary.

Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Preferred six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.
Skills: Proficiency in caregiving, direct support, and knowledge of human services.
Personal Attributes: We seek individuals who are patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
Additional Requirements: A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance may be necessary for certain positions.
