Role Overview: As a Support Care Specialist, you will engage in meaningful work that helps individuals thrive. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building genuine relationships with those you support.

  • Assisting individuals in achieving personal development goals, such as budgeting, hygiene, fitness, and nutrition.
  • Providing care for individuals with diverse needs, including autism and related conditions.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Preferred six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.

Skills: Proficiency in caregiving, direct support, and knowledge of human services.

Personal Attributes: We seek individuals who are patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.

Additional Requirements: A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance may be necessary for certain positions.
