In this role, you will engage in fulfilling work that helps individuals grow, learn, and live their best lives. You will develop genuine, impactful relationships with those you support. Enjoy the trust and autonomy from your supervisors to advocate for participants' needs. Take the initiative to encourage participants to engage in community activities and pursue their interests.

Assist participants in achieving developmental objectives such as budgeting, personal hygiene, exercise, and nutrition. Your role will involve providing care for individuals with diverse needs, including autism and related conditions.   • Behaviors: Must be patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
  • Vehicle Requirements: A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance may be necessary for some positions.
