We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at The Toro Company. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for leading our quality assurance efforts and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure that products meet quality and performance requirements.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and coaching to quality team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Business, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in quality systems and manufacturing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Working knowledge of ISO quality systems and lead auditor certification.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
- Experience with Lean Office and manufacturing methodologies, and a thorough understanding of Lean principles.
