Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with staff across the organization to support marketing initiatives; serve as a liaison with local marketing teams across regions;

Compile and summarize marketing and financial data, communicate findings, and generate business reports;

Organize and maintain SharePoint resource database content;

Assist in executing social media strategies, content creation, and campaign implementation;

Conduct research and support the evaluation of competitor activities, market intelligence, industry trends, and technological advancements;

Coordinate the development and regular updating of project summary sheets and other qualification materials;

Format, organize, and compile qualifications content;

Support the creation of informational graphics that clarify complex regulatory, institutional, and scientific processes;

Contribute to the development and assembly of visual elements for marketing collateral and presentations;

Ensure all documents are proofread for accuracy, including consistent formatting, style, and grammatical correctness; and

Assist in supporting events and conferences (e.g., industry conferences, trade shows, practice group conferences, receptions, open houses, etc.).

Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a minimum of 2 years of marketing experience (required).

Relevant experience in preparing qualifications, proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials, preferably within the engineering or consulting sector (preferred).

Ability to write and edit copy for inclusion in correspondence, marketing materials, and presentations, adhering to prescribed style and format (required).

Demonstrated writing skills, including the ability to craft compelling narratives (required).

Proficiency in using office equipment and the latest versions of MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and database software (preferred).

Ability to follow instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form (required).


Capability to manage multiple tasks, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and work effectively both collaboratively and independently under tight deadlines (required).

Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills (required).

Ability to adapt to various communication styles and thrive in a client deadline-driven work environment (required).

Conscientious and flexible, with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude (required).

Valid U.S. driver's license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel (required).
