Job Summary

We are seeking a Transformation Leader to join our team in Ernst and Young, where you will have the opportunity to drive technology transformation projects for life insurance clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex projects, managing client expectations, and delivering high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology strategy, transformation, or solution delivery, with experience working on diverse teams and roles. A bachelor's degree in computer science, Management information systems, or related disciplines is required, while a master's degree is preferred.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Manage large, multi-phase projects, communicate with and manage client expectations, build the project team, and manage scope, risk, budget, and timeline activities.
  • Provide high-level technology assessments, planning, recommendations, and project management with a focus on developing and achieving client goals and objectives.
  • Identify key client risks and opportunities, determine client needs utilizing standard assessment techniques and tools, use innovative approaches to evaluate and validate needs, analyze and develop recommendations for the client in the context of the engagement.
  • Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.
  • Participate in business development and presentation of proposal activities.

What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary range of $148,900 to $340,200, depending on location. In addition, we provide medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client-serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year.
