About the Role

Upshift is seeking a skilled Barback to join our team of flexible workers. As a Barback, you will play a vital role in the success of our bars, providing exceptional support to our bartenders and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Restock the bar with supplies, refill ice, and change beer kegs as needed.
  • Prepare garnishes and other ingredients for cocktails.
  • Collect empty glasses and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to:

  • Work on your feet for the entire shift.
  • Reach with hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly.
  • See and hear well due to the dynamic nature of the bar environment.
