We are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to oversee our accounting operations and ensure the integrity of financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in accounting and have significant experience in team management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of accounting professionals.
- Conduct monthly P&L and balance sheet reviews.
- Reconcile various bank accounts.
- Guarantee the accuracy of team postings.
- Ensure daily posting of all bank transactions through automated downloads.
- Collaborate with clients as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience, particularly in month-end close processes.
- Expertise in creating financial statements for both clients and senior management.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Assist Financial Managers with budgeting activities.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and established accounting principles.
- Support billing and tax documentation preparation.
- Work alongside the financial team to develop internal controls and policies.
- Partner with the IT department to maintain financial records and systems.

Skills Required:
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of governmental guidelines and tax regulations.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on detail.
- Proficient in data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with standard office and accounting software.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities.

Education and Experience:
- An associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline is required.
- At least 7 years of accounting experience, particularly in month-end close.
- Advanced Excel skills are advantageous.
