At Schaumburg Tennis Plus (STP), you will be immersed in a lively atmosphere featuring a fitness center, indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, racquetball courts, and a variety of engaging activities and events.

Role Summary: As a front desk staff member, you will be instrumental in ensuring efficient desk operations while providing top-tier customer service. Your duties will encompass welcoming guests, managing phone inquiries, processing admissions, coordinating reservations, and upholding a tidy environment. We seek individuals who possess a warm personality, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to exceeding our patrons' expectations.

Qualifications: The ideal candidates will have previous experience in an office or customer service setting, demonstrate proficiency in computer usage, and be capable of standing and bending throughout their shifts. Certification in CPR/AED is required to be completed within the first month of employment.

Work Schedule & Compensation: This part-time role offers flexible scheduling options with 2-4 shifts per week, amounting to approximately 10-22 hours. The starting pay is set at $14.00 per hour. Shifts may vary, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
