Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities include:
- Enhance sales and profitability at the store by effectively promoting tires and associated automotive services.
- Foster strong connections with customers to ensure their satisfaction by accurately addressing their needs.
- Inform customers about promotions and advertising related to products and services.
- Take full ownership of customer interactions, from the initial engagement to the completion of service.
- Participate in promotional merchandising and special events.
- Clearly communicate warranties, promotions, and advertisements to customers.
- Provide recommendations to customers based on manufacturer guidelines.
- Support the Service Manager with relevant information regarding customer vehicles as necessary.
- Uphold a clean and safe working environment.
- Execute various manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Automotive Customer Service.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in tire sales or automotive service sales.
