Job Description: As a Residential Care Associate with the Broadwell Hospitality Group, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms and common areas. You will work closely with our housekeeping team to ensure that our facilities are clean, safe, and comfortable for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing linens and amenities.
  • Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
  • Restock housekeeping carts and supplies as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:
  • Able to lift, bend, and move heavy equipment.
  • Able to remain on one's feet for extended periods of time.
  • Team-oriented and dedicated to providing excellent service.
