Job Overview

The Wound Care Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our clinical team in providing exceptional patient care and outcomes. Responsibilities
  • Clinical Oversight: Provide guidance and supervision to registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified medical assistants, and hyperbaric oxygen technicians.
  • Patient Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal healing outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Quality Improvement: Collaborate with the program director and medical director to implement quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Staff Development: Lead staff development and training programs to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Budgeting and Financial Planning: Work closely with the program director to coordinate budgeting and financial planning for the wound care center.
Requirements
  • Current RN License and Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an RN, preferably with supervisory experience
  • Prior wound care certification is desirable

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $75,335-$96,615, based on factors such as education, experience, and location. Healogics, LLC offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
