We are seeking a seasoned lending executive to join our executive management team as the Chief Lending Officer. As an inspirational leader, this individual will create the vision and execute the credit union's lending strategy, direct and coordinate all lending activities while ensuring compliance with all lending policies, state and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development of lending policies and procedures
- Manage lending activities to meet organizational goals and objectives
- Ensure strong credit quality and maintain concentration risk metrics
- Oversee the safety and soundness of the portfolio
- Develop and implement strategies to drive lending growth and profitability
A relevant degree and 10 years' experience in a financial institution with direct responsibility for lending functions is required. Experience managing Consumer, Collections, Residential and/or Business lending functions is required. Advanced degree and/or Lending School certifications are preferred.
