Customer Retention Marketing Specialist

Talenthub Workforce, Inc. is seeking a skilled professional to enhance our customer retention efforts. This position will focus on developing and executing strategies to improve the customer lifecycle experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retention Strategy Development: Formulate targeted marketing strategies aimed at various user demographics to boost app interaction and minimize customer attrition. This includes initiatives that reinforce value propositions, educate users about our offerings, and promote unique content.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital platforms. Utilize tools for push notifications, in-app messaging, email outreach, and social media to re-engage users and mitigate churn.
- A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing methodologies to assess the success of retention strategies, refining campaigns based on analytical insights to enhance outcomes.
- Lifecycle Marketing Initiatives: Design and execute lifecycle marketing programs that guide users through essential phases of their journey, from onboarding to ongoing engagement and reactivation.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with product teams to integrate features that improve user satisfaction, offering insights derived from customer data.
- Retention Metrics Analysis: Track and report on critical retention indicators, including retention rates and customer lifetime value, providing stakeholders with updates on campaign effectiveness.
- Customer Insights Gathering: Collect and evaluate customer feedback to understand preferences and challenges, using this information to refine retention strategies and enhance product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across email, websites, and mobile applications.
- Proven ability to conduct testing and analysis, demonstrating strong strategic and analytical skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational capabilities.
- Experience in a collaborative environment involving cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Preference for candidates with prior experience in retention marketing.
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary
Compensation: $60.00 per hour
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in mobile marketing and Martech required.
