Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contact Center Representative to join our team. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure first call resolution through problems solving and effective call handling
- Research systems to find missing information as applicable
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues when needed
- Document and process customer claims in appropriate systems
You will also lead fact-finding discussions to determine the best options for the customer. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary of $45,000 per year.
Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and relevant experience in a contact center or customer service role is preferred.
