Compensation: $20 / Hour

Work Schedule: 12pm - 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays

This position requires standing for the entire shift. Applicants must be comfortable with this requirement.

About the Role:

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of clients across various sectors, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, adhering to site-specific policies, and managing emergency situations when necessary.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and surrounding areas. Note that working conditions may vary by client site.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed positions; 21 years or older for armed roles.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, or a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Applicants will undergo a background check in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Criminal histories will be considered in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Drug screening may be required as a condition of employment, in accordance with the law.
  • Licensing requirements may vary based on state and/or local regulations and may need to be fulfilled prior to employment. A valid driver's license is necessary for driving roles only.
