Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of related customer service experience, preferably in a security or safety role.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team-based environment, and proficiency in basic computer skills.
  • Language: Oral and written language proficiency in Somali, Oromo, or Arabic is preferred.
Working Conditions

This position operates in a residential housing and office setting, with regular exposure to hazards including cuts, slipping, tripping, falls, and burns. The employee may be required to work long hours, including weekends and evenings, on short notice.
