Cortica is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Interventionist to join our team in Shrewsbury, MA, and surrounding areas. As a key member of our team, you will provide play-based ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental differences in various settings, including the home, community, school, and clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Implement behavior-analytic services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental differences in 1:1 and group settings.
- Develop and implement positive behavior strategies as developed and analyzed with the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including BCBAs, therapists, counselors, and healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care to children and their families.
- Document all interactions, including session notes, data collection, and progress updates, to ensure accurate and effective treatment plans.
- Experience working with children, preferably in a behavioral intervention or ABA therapy setting.
- High School Diploma/GED, bachelor's degree in human services, or related field, or master's degree.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) certification, or willingness to obtain BCAT credential via Cortica's paid training program within the first 45 days of employment.
