Assist guests with inquiries and provide comprehensive information about our offerings.

Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere, ensuring all guests feel appreciated and respected.

Address guest feedback, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.

Operational Efficiency:
Oversee facility cleanliness and presentation, ensuring all areas are well-maintained and meet high standards.

Assist in managing guest scheduling, reservations, enrollments, and events.

Respond to communications in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with leadership on inventory and supply management.

Work with other departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Conduct daily facility inspections and execute opening and closing procedures.

Problem Resolution:

Effective Communication:

Communicate facility programming information to guests with knowledge and accuracy.

Administrative Responsibilities:
Manage guest registration, waivers, and inquiries for services and events.

Assist in tracking attendance, collecting fees, and processing payments.

Prepare reports related to guest participation, feedback, and facility utilization as required.

Training and Development:
Engage in ongoing training sessions and meetings to stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures.

Collaborate with leadership to foster a unified culture and maintain a high level of engagement throughout the facility.


Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest relations.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests, teammates, and leadership.

Passion for creating an inviting and welcoming environment that aligns with our values.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Proficiency in basic computer applications (Google Suite, scheduling software, etc.).

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and stand for extended periods.

Capability to move and lift equipment and supplies weighing over 30 pounds.
