As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in our team, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to an assigned group of patients, in accordance with Northside Hospital's philosophy, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, working under the direction of the Registered Nurse in an assigned clinical area.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and protect patient health and safety.
- Participate in the Licensed Practical Nurse - Nursing Excellence Track Program (L-NEXT) at Northside Hospital, with opportunities for career advancement through education, training, and specialty certification.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Georgia.
- Less than 1 year of experience as an LPN.
- Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
