About the Role

Maxim Healthcare Services seeks a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a weekend nursing position. As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct focused interviews to identify specific patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition, collecting and analyzing relevant data to inform care decisions.
  • Document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses, collaborating with healthcare members to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Perform other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned, ensuring seamless care delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the state where you practice.
  • Current Health Certificate (as required by the facility).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior LPN experience is preferred.
