We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Service Business Development Center professional to join our team at Toyota South Atlanta. Key Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers through email and phone calls to schedule appointments and provide exceptional customer service.
- Respond to customer requests and gather information to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Research and develop lists of potential clients and identify business opportunities.
- Follow up on sales leads and make cold calls to potential clients.
- Schedule appointments with customers to visit the dealership and meet with sales representatives.
- Consult with the Internet Director to stay informed about sales strategies and customer needs.
- Follow an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business and contribute to customer satisfaction.
- Follow a prospect development system and send follow-up emails and make follow-up calls to potential customers.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on new products and sales techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and/or training preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The work environment is a typical office setting with moderate noise levels. The employee will be required to work 5 days a week, 8 to 10 hours per day, and may be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
