  • Schedule appointments with customers to visit the dealership and meet with sales representatives.
  • Consult with the Internet Director to stay informed about sales strategies and customer needs.
  • Follow an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business and contribute to customer satisfaction.
  • Follow a prospect development system and send follow-up emails and make follow-up calls to potential customers.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on new products and sales techniques.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:

The work environment is a typical office setting with moderate noise levels. The employee will be required to work 5 days a week, 8 to 10 hours per day, and may be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
