Quantic PMI Overview:

Quantic PMI is a leading manufacturer of mission-critical electronic components for the aerospace and defense industry, as well as commercial and industrial markets. Our principal product lines include RF/microwave components.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

* Assemble, solder, and surface mount RF/microelectronics boards under a microscope, ensuring all parts are fitted correctly.
* Read and confirm the bill of materials, interpret drawings, and verify correct specifications.
* Meet weekly assembly production goals set by supervisor.
* Maintain a clean workspace to adhere to ESD safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

* Exceptional hand-eye coordination.
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks while sitting for extended periods.
* Ability to read assembly prints and component lists.
* Ability to use hand tools and machinery.
* High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Education:

* High School Diploma or GED minimum.

Experience:

* 1 to 5 years preferred.
