About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Fabletics in Burlington, MA. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for creating personalized shopping experiences, driving sales growth, and embodying our company culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create personalized shopping experiences for customers.
  • Share knowledge of our products' features, fit, and function with customers.
  • Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain store-merchandising guidelines, making the store easy to shop and adding value to customers' purchase journeys.
  • Participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
  • Meet and exceed performance objectives related to sales, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, and other healthy activities.
  • Able to interact with customers, employees, and business partners effectively.
  • Ability to work well with large teams.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated, good communicator.
  • The ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
