Role Details:

The Cocktail Server is essential in delivering outstanding service to our patrons. Responsibilities include serving beverages and food with precision and ensuring an unforgettable guest experience. Adhering to our company’s mission and service standards is paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage phone communications with courtesy and efficiency
  • Maintain guest confidentiality and privacy
  • Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and beverage selections
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously
  • Coordinate with dining staff for smooth service
  • Assist in setting and clearing tables
  • Recommend wine and beverage pairings
  • Utilize POS systems accurately for order entry
  • Process payments and adhere to cash-handling procedures
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Support bartenders as required

Qualifications:

Skills and Requirements:

  • Understanding of various beverages, including wines
  • Familiarity with guest service standards
  • Proficient in relevant software and equipment
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Accurate cash handling skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in high-end hospitality preferred
  • Background in hotel management is advantageous

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced environment with varying schedules based on operational needs
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a busy, communal setting

Physical Demands:
