Key Responsibilities:
  • Document the status of cleaned rooms, report any lost items, and note any necessary repairs or damages
  • Perform tasks including mopping, vacuuming, making beds, changing linens, doing laundry, stocking supplies, and other assigned cleaning duties
  • Oversee the cleanliness of communal areas such as hallways, public restrooms, and the hotel lobby
  • Address general inquiries from guests in a courteous manner
  • Execute cleaning tasks and prepare guest rooms to meet our hotel’s standards prior to guest arrivals
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
  • Strong work ethic along with excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional housekeeping role
  • Comprehensive understanding of cleaning methods and products
