Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Electronics Assembly Specialist to join our team in Trenton, NJ. This role involves the assembly, rework, and calibration of electronic equipment, contributing to our mission of delivering high-performance imaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate, construct, and modify equipment and subassemblies based on assembly drawings, schematics, wire prints, procedures, and verbal instructions.
- Install components and parts onto chassis, circuit boards, and other units utilizing power tools, hand tools, and various soldering equipment.
- Route and attach wires and connectors to establish circuitry and connect assemblies with power supply sources.
- Position, align, and adjust components for optimal fit and assembly.
- Inspect and adjust finished units to ensure compliance with specifications, assembly drawings, and customer order requirements.
- Interpret instructions and follow procedures to determine component parts and assembly sequences of electromechanical units.
- Utilize procedures to perform tasks of intermediate complexity.
- Compile parts lists and utilize the ERP system for parts ordering as necessary.
- Conduct visual inspections and measurements of parts and subassemblies to ensure all specifications are met.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma is required; an associate degree in electronics is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a complex electromechanical assembly manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in through-hole soldering, surface mount soldering, and wiring in accordance with J-STD-001.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and assembly drawings.
- Familiarity with hand tools such as soldering irons, screwdrivers, wrenches, cutters, and wire strippers.
- Proficient in using calipers, micrometers, multimeters, and microscopes.
- Computer skills are essential.
- Experience working in a clean room environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of high vacuum systems is a plus.
- ERP administration experience is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
