The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000 depending on experience.

Job Description

As a Sr. Project Manager, you will direct responsibility for projects and lead a team of Project Managers, Engineers, and Designers in developing plans and specifications for Single-family home/subdivision development.

You will serve as the point of contact for clients, manage existing relationships, and develop/seek new business opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
  • Registered P.E. in Texas
  • 10+ years of experience in civil engineering for Single Family Home development/subdivisions
  • 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Solid working knowledge of Civil 3D, AutoCAD, HEC-HMS, StormCAD, or other modeling software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
