Position Overview
As a Pharmacy Clinical Manager at OnePoint Patient Care, you will be instrumental in ensuring the appropriateness of medication therapy for patients across diverse healthcare environments.
Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Assessing physician medication orders for accuracy
- Keeping precise patient records and medical histories
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver essential support
- Enforcing and implementing pharmacy policies and procedures
- Recording all communications in medical documentation
- Identifying and reporting medication-related discrepancies
- Assisting staff with medication-related processes
- Performing additional assigned duties as required
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy; Pharm D is preferred
- At least one year of experience in long-term care settings
- Licenses/Certifications: As mandated by regulatory requirements and business needs
- Detail-oriented, goal-driven, and a collaborative team player with strong verbal communication skills
