Job Description

A Training Center Coordinator is needed to coordinate training affiliate and instructor activity and attend to daily operations of state programs. The ideal candidate will have strong, professional verbal and written communication skills, and experience with account management.

  • Coordinate training affiliate and instructor activity and attend to daily operations of state programs.
  • Orchestrate new and renewed contract agreements with training facilities for in-person training.
  • Design training schedules.
  • Review and qualify training affiliate applications / renewals.
  • Review and qualify prospective instructors; coordinate the processes to maintain active authorized instructors.
  • Determine eligibility, register and review prospective instructors, schedule instructor development and continuing education courses, order course materials, recommend authorization, and monitor instructor renewal schedule.
  • Draft written correspondence to provide information or to address regulatory compliance issues.
  • Process paperwork from in-person classes.
  • Conduct new business and current account management calls to promote program and revenue growth.
  • The Training Center Coordinator position also needs to be comfortable making routine calls to businesses to check in, follow up on open items, address process issues, discuss our programs, build relationships, etc.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • They will compile reports in Excel and be responsible for reporting out on all data related to assigned programs.
  • They need to have strong, professional verbal and written communication skills, and experience with account management.
  • Assigned tasks are directly related to regulatory compliance, requiring attention and adherence to contractual deadlines.
