- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire loan process by educating clients and offering recommendations aligned with their financial needs.
- Manage account oversight, including collection communications and recovery strategies, while prioritizing customer satisfaction to mitigate losses and charge-offs.
- Foster customer relationships and execute daily inbound and outbound call initiatives to generate new business, sustain store profitability, and enhance brand loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations, to maintain a productive work environment.
- Utilize your personal vehicle for essential Company tasks, including bank deposits, throughout your workday.
- Monitor and uphold the cleanliness and appearance of both internal and external store environments, addressing basic facility needs and coordinating maintenance services.
- Adapt effectively in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently to meet both individual and team performance goals.
- Maintain a full-time work schedule with consistent, in-person attendance, including weekends, with a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
- Proficient in operating phone systems, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including remaining stationary, transporting up to 25 pounds, and navigating the store environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous and may be required for specific locations.
