PrideStaff is seeking a Patient Care Advocate to join their team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and supporting a growing team in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for overtime. You will work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied schedules during initial training.

The successful candidate will be able to provide accurate information and timely follow-through to requests requiring extensive research and responses.

Benefits include full benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of employment, 401K, PTO, annual bonus, and more.

PrideStaff offers a supportive work environment that includes a meditation room, nursing mothers room, and in-house convenience store.

Requirements include strong communication skills, articulate and concise language, and professional telephone etiquette. Bilingual candidates are a plus but not required.

You will work with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, and prior experience with call center solutions is a plus. The estimated salary for this role is $19-$20/hour.
