  • Collaborate with the Produce Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve departmental sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Working Environment

The working environment is typical for a fast-paced grocery store, requiring physical demands such as lifting, standing, walking, and kneeling, as well as visual and auditory requirements.

Requirements

As a key member of the El Super team, the Assistant Produce Manager will demonstrate professionalism, ethical behavior, and effective decision-making at all times.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is minimum wage (depending on location) up to $19.00 hourly.
